SSI/SSD for child support owed

I raised these fine kids
Can you tell me when your ex is now disable, how in the hell do you get the money owed from the child support that was owed to his kids. For one let you in on a little secert put their a's to work. my 20 year old is in military boot camp. My 16 year old works with me part time. I have no patience with lazy a's people. I'm partailly disable myself. You don't see me running to the welfare lines. Although I do need medical assistance. I never wanted child support from him allomony. NADA' But the court system made me file. All I wanted to do was get rid of him. That I did for years on in. a heck of alot of years past us by then one fine day I got a check for $34.00. And guess what I only cashed it because I needed it. Then the checks started coming in every two weeks whether I needed or not for kids school supplies, clothes, or there cars once they were old enough to be taught how too drive. I'll tell you what. See I'm not to proud to beg. Seems like that's what I'm doing.Don't get me wrong, I don't make a heck of alot of money $13,000.00 a year. So the money I do get from child support which will quite this month because he's on ssi/ssd. I am not mad at him, sometimes you get used to the money that comes in and all of a sudden it stops. Well I'm here to tell you if you are a welled body person even with limited work skills with disabilties such as myself. PRAY to Jesus that you can work another day. Show those men who you cliam are not such great dads and mothers. Take care of your own. I raised two older daughters all by myself with no help from their fathers at all. then years down the road raised two more. But with a man that cared for both of them. So really think about what you can do for your own kids. And when their old enough put'em to work. That's all i gotta say. Yall be wreck'n my nerves.
