Stop the blamin

I asked my child's father to pay a fraction of wht we both knew cs would require. He cheap scaped me down fifty bucks, and then refused to pay that. After three months of non-payment, i phoned and asked for forty dollars for pampers. The child was around 30 months old at the time, and he said that she should have been potty trained by now. This is after months of no support. What do you do in a situation like this?

I got cs involved. They required a little over twice the money I had been willing to accept in assistnace. I went back to school, and he quite his job, or started to go in to work drunk, and was fired. He phoned me so happy, as though he had won the lottery. "I was fired" then he laughs and asked me how my classes were going. Insane... he is currently about 30,000 in arrears.
