Stupid child support LAWS!!!!

My fiancee and I have 3 children together and seperated 3 years ago when he got married and had a child with her.He joined the army she spent his money on a boyfriend and refused to give me the hundred dollars for my sons medicine out of his paycheck. They got divorced and he was ordered to pay the 25.00 a month she asked for.She is now engaged to someone deployed and has a child with him.He sends her money and yet she went and got TEA money, food stamps, and goverment housing and the child support office sends us in another state paperwork that is backdated to before the divorce saying we owe 5000.00 in back support and expect us to take care of ou 7,3,and 2 month old on 200.00 a week after they take out for her welfare all the while shes getting drunk with her daughters there and posting pics on facebook with her brand new smartphone all while we cant afford a prepaid phone. She lives in another state so we dont get to see her and when he calls to talk to her all his ex talks about is their past. Why is it fair that child support agents dont request proof of support from the money we sent the might see that alcohol is the only thing being supported. Also why is it pair that our children have to do without all so his ex can sit at home no job with all her welfare wait on her fiancee to come home and take care of her some more.

So unfair

Have you considered getting custody?? Then she can pay him!!

I feel sorry for you! My husband found out he had a child, the little girl was 5! We started paying child support immediately. (as advised- we were informed that anything we paid would be deducted in court.) But it took her mom two more years to take her for a paternity test, the whole two years we were paying. Now the kid is 7! Since the original child support documents were filed back in 08. He now has to pay back starting in 2006!! It took her 5 years to narrow down the daddy!! Meanwhile she has never worked, and lived with other people supporting her! Also the court did not deduct any of what we paid the last two years from his arrears- because she told the judge it was not for the child it was for HER! Women can be very greedy! She has had numerous DUI's and is on probation for something. And we have to pay ALL of the court costs to fight for any type of visitation whatsoever!!! It is sad and unfair!! I
I wish you the best of luck.

I couldn't believe the courts didn't have a problem with that

Have you ever considered a guardian enlighten to go by their place and do some investigating as to the current housing situation?! Maybe turn the tables on them because they sure have tried to turn the tables on you and cause you a lot of stress! That would sure knock the wind out of their sails so to speak!
