Suckered

by Joe Wrenn
(Colombia South America)

This aught to get the goat of the atty gen. office, which in my opinion, the state has no right to meddle in the lives of other private citizens. That being said, I had a horrible experience in which I raised my children to almost 16 years old, not receiving any support from the mother, after which time she wanted the child back, I agreed, and lo and behold about 3 weeks later recieved a letter from her wishing to modify the divorce decree. As I was a trucker at that time and had no time to deal with her I agreed to pay. But, alas, never paid a penny, now live in Colombia South America with my wife of 6 years, happy and out of reach of the crooked a-holes up north. The retched winch now lives in Texas married and divorced several time since.

Sincerly

Don't get me wrong
by: David

All I can say is Kudos for beating the system, but hope you never have to come back. If you have the means to send for your kids, then so be it. All I am saying is that when and if you come back, they may nab you. The states are now working together to enforce child support, so don't be surprised if border patrol catches you. Trust me when I say this "I don't like the process" and will never support the actins of the Texas Attorney General System-Child Support Division. Nothing but a bunch of queers and lesbos who have it out for men.

You must've not read the OP's entire post. Cheers to him~!~ Raised his kids for 16 years on his own. Your whole logic that he can't see his kids is bunk. They can leave the country and visit him when they are 18. Two years is not too long to wait. He can just send them money from S.A. or just buy them a plane ticket if he wants them to come visit.

You really think that some woman that doesn't raise her children for 16 years or pay child support for 16 years has the right to claim the children then claim child support.

I totally disagree.

Safety down south
by: David

For your sake, I hope you never come back to the United States. If you owe child support and never pay it, they will put a warrant for your arrest. As soon as you come across the border, you will get nailed. Sad thing though; what good is this entire situation for your kids? You can't come and see them, and she will never let them go to South America.

Keep on Trucking!
