Maybe a group of parents can get together and sue the crooks of Child Support Division and make our rights stand. I am pretty sure there is enough evidence out there to collapse this outdated bureaucratic piece of Sh... Division.

The child support office from the beginning have manipulated the amount of income I am suppose earning as they wish from the thin air. I am paying around $300 a month but my child support is set at $1140/month. My income is $2500 a month and I have two children outside that marriage. Last visit to a child support office the attorney told me that he despite me (in front of my attorney and ex-wife) and that he want to trow me in jail for 180 days; I asked him that I also have to support my other kids and his response was "I don't care about those kids"...I did not say anything because I knew I had the disadvantage. I am thinking of moving from Texas to avoid a possible injustice, I am the only bread winner in my house and if I am going to jail my family will be left on the streets. I am also a full time student.

It is sad to see how honest parents can be turned into criminals for not making enough money to pay outrageousness amounts of child support. They know how to hide, control, manipulate without getting cough, just like third world countries were corruption is everywhere. I was naive and thought in this country the truth prevails.

I understand that there are many individuals that deserve to be punish for not taking care of their children, but sadly the Child support office can not or maybe don't even care to help anyone. Their only goal is to reach a total amount every year and they will step on anyone on their way. If you asked them about visitation they don't even care. In my opinion they think that a check is better for a child than a father or mother in their children lives.

I would like to sue Child Support Division. I have enough evidence of their incompetence and their bad intentions. Let get together and Fight corruption!

This system is a load of garbage. I haven't seen or even heard from my kid in 14 years. I pay out more than I make. I owe money to others to stay out of debtor's prison. This system is the last thing I would wish on anyone else.

I just went to court 2 months a go to modify my payments i make 10$ hr i have to pay 364.00 the judge said he dint care n raised my monthly pay to 374.00 when in first place. I cant even afford it i pay rent bills car payments every week they take 105$ the only thing they say is back owed support plz i need advice..

Like.bb everyone else here ive been screwed by toag too. I have benn unable to work due to having a newly diagnosed condition called P.O.T.S. My wife left while I was sick and off work and filed for divorce, well we go to court judge orders 844 a month child support, 50 a month medical on top of me having medical, plus a judgment of 4000.00, for 4 months of non payment due to my being off work with my illness.
So im in the hole from jump street, well I requested a modification to reduce child support, was told have to wait six months, so I did, I was receiving 2 checks a month for 640 each, out of those checks I sent out 300 per check towards my child support, to make a long story short, I was held in contempt of court, forced to accept a deal or face jail time.This system is corrupt and im waiting on disability to approve or deny me while I have to go back to court in 3 months to be put in jail. Its definitely extortion, and a f###ked up part of the government.

I seperated from my wife last year for about 5 months and got back together they took money from my check starting from the begining and we got back together and they still taking the money out and not only that they took 2000.00 from my income tax. You called it BULLSHIT. lets sue the bastards.

We are currently trying to find an attorney to pursue this issue with the child support office.They have tacked on to the monies owed just when I was able to catch up, had to replace my license, been thrown in jail, gone to court over it several times already and currently have started again, I have paid my dues/child support plus some and have all my receipts to prove it plus proof of some majorly damaging harrassment.I have been the custodial parent for years and the child support office is still adding on each additional month like my child is still in my ex-wife's residence. Mailing the Final order every month from their Superior Court still hasn't changed anything? I am more than tired......I am ready to take back control of my life, I even have a child support case worker who testified in court that she didn't receive certian payments, well, the proof of payments are sitting under my nose as we speak, withdrwaled from my bank account, they even denied receiving a tax return of which was processed through their office, how much more proof can I provide? This is so deep, I am going to write a book about it. Who do I speak too? Let's get this started! I am ready to seek JUSTICE and willing to provide time and money to finalizing this awful chapter in my life, I am seeking my life back plus some! Count me in.

If you are serious about fixing the Child Support Laws in effect right now..... lets do it!!!!!

Everyone that typed a comment on your page, should sign a petition first of all, and then there has to be a court date established to discuss with your local senator, HOW THIS LAW CAN BE MODIFIED to work for the Fathers and others that PAY or can't afford to pay the CS payment. Something has to change and change for the best.

Later down the road his CS is increased we said the heck with it just pay it because we were just sick and tired of the runaround. The mother had her house built and we are living in a apt.Go figure. As a woman I was so passive to think that the judicial system was fair but as I have been dealing with this dilemma for over 20 yrs I see much different. When you don't have the big dollars to be defended correctly you're basically put in a position to be put out on the streets or in jail. The children are grown and the mom is still entittled to CS because of him being behind. She took him back to court in 2009 and my husband asked for a modification because he wasn't working and instead of reducing they increased the amount. My husband hired a lawyer and according to my husband his lawyer was terrified of the OIG attorney's and whatever she said was set in stone. Today we go to legal aide as we are both unemployed to try and get some legal help. Oh yea I must mentioned that my husband has a warrant out for his arrest for contempt of court of child support. We speak to the lawyer and found out his lawyer that he paid money to railroad him and agreeing if he missed any payments all his rights was waived and he would have to do jail time. His lawyer never explained this to him and now we want to sue that lawyer for breach of contract but what lawyer would go after another lawyer. What type of lawyer would not do what would be in the best interest of his client instead of being intimidated by the OIG lawyer. We were told he could spend maybe up to 4 years in jail, does that really make sense you still will not get your money if he's in jail and this would make it even harder for him to get a job when he's released. The OIG isn't concerned with that it's all about the money. I pray that God doesn't allow him any jail time but in the meantime there has to be someone willing to help change the system soon before more terrible things happen. Congress wants us to believe there is justice, where is the justice when it's your own committing the crimes and the custodial parent are being punished, manipulated, destroyed and slapped in jail for trying to be a father or mother whoever is the custodial parent. We were also told today that you couldn't get bonded out of jail because it doesn't apply to CS but if he was a robber, drug cartel or any other criminal you can get a bond. This is insane.

My husband has 2 kids from a previous relationship and we were taking care of them before the state got involved. Then out nowhere he was summoned to the AIG office for child support. He was told he was in the arrears from the mother being on government asst, which we didn't have any knowledge of this. Why wouldn't they notify you the minute she was approved for assistance so that he could be in complient and start paying then. How corrupted is that? On the day of the court we had receipts showing we were contributing and he wasn't a deadbeat dad. The Judge in so many words said so what, that is just a gift. {Are you serious) Isn't child support suppose to be the care of the child needs for food, clothing and so on.

I ahve been paying child support for over 20 yrs/my daughters are 22 and 24yrs of age.I was just notify by eldest daughter that I had warrant for my arrest.I have been unemployed full time for over 3years,my unemployment ran out which they were garninsing all most half.Lets start at 2007 ,Ihired an attorney to try and cut this in half because my chidren were grown(BIGGER NIGHTMARE BEGINS),Instead of a decrease they increased the ammount and placed me on 60 months probation(SET-UP),Now that I have no income comming in an arrest warrant was issused(HABIS,so if i misspeled).There is no BOND,JUST JAIL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY(EXTORTION),I have never ever been in trouble before,I thougt this was CIVIL not CRIMINAL.I talked to a volunteer Lawyer
today ,man she was on the attack(not aDEFENSE LAWYER,SHE MADE PERFECTLY CLEAR.)I just donot what to do.I feel CRIMINAL LAW SUIT AND CHARGES SHOULD BROUGHT TO A.G. So.....does anyone know where to start with the laws and trying to get them changed? I am a woman that actually works at a real job. I have 2 children with my ex husband. I DID NOT take him for child support because if I had,he would not have had the money to give my children a decent place to lay thier heads during his visitation. He makes about $60K a year but would have been paying about $750 a month. My kids would have been stuck at his mom's house which is very dirty and not a healthy environment. My main and only concern were my kids.....that's it.

I am now re-married and my husband has 2 children from his previous marriage. I am blown away by the child and spousal support. Some women have NO shame!!! He pays close to $1000 a month. She gets almost 50% of what he makes! If not for me working, he could not afford to live on his own!!! These laws are completely discusting and I am sure made by either A) Someone that does not have to pay child support or B) a woman that is scorned!!!

I beleive that child support should be paid, however, I do not believe that it should be like going to the hospital where you pay $50 for a freakin band aid. How much does it REALLY cost to take care of 2 kids? You would need a car, a home and food whether you had kids or not!!! Right? How do people expect people that pay child support to survive? It is just unethical. It is like a witch hunt! It is mostly men paying child support and medical insurance and I understand that there are some women out there too but just because someone laid down and does NOT mean you are entitled to someone's life!!! Get off your lazy butt, get a job and help support your kids!!! When I say get a job I don't mean sitting on your butt and collecting child support from someone that is working thier butt off and can't even survive on what is left over after they get stripped of up to 65% of thier money!!!

I know I am ranting but I am so sick of women thinking they are entitled just because they had kids!!! Get over it!!!!!!!!!!

2 years if abuse by the child support department!

After I lost my job, I started collecting unemployment. I went court to have the child support amount adjusted. Court order stated an agreement between my x-wife, me, and the court system agreed for 2 children at 28% of my unemployment. The child support department not only continue to charge me the same amount when I was employed, but continue to sends letters of conflicting different amounts. Non of which were correct. Then put me in the arrearage and attempted to suspend my license. Arrearage amounts according Gotham ranged from $2400 to $50,000. No joke. After going to court for over a year and half, child support taking more then half of my unemployment, contributing to me loosing everything and I would be on the streets if not for my girlfriend, the court appeared to had straightened out the problem. Not so! Only a months later, they continue again to take more the the what the court order states. There's is no arrearage or any other reason for child support to again raise my payment for my children. They continue to harass me with constantly changing amounts of child support and it's always more then what is actually owed. The child support department (department of health and family services) is killing me (really). Im over stressed I can't handle there constant abuse with my life. To add salt to the wound. I love my kids and I have no problem paying my share that's fair. They are in no finical distress. My x's father is a multiple- millionaire and more then provides. they live in a 3 bedroom house. Perform in beauty pageants, karate, ice-skating, piano and guitar lessons. I never had any of that when I was a child. I believe this is great for them, but only to prove my point that there not finically hurting. Why would the child support department put me on the streets? Why would they finically break me? How does that help my children??? The child support department of Illinois act is if there above the law!! They do not respect and follow a court order (signed by 2 different judges over he course of 1 1/2 years) agreed to by both parents and the state!! I want justice!! I want someone to be fired from there job at the child support department. I want somebody of high enough authority to correct this corrupt department. Where is my justice. I've always paid on time!!!

I have posted before. My husband has a court date next week to modify his child support. He has less than 6 months on his obligation and they are going to double his payments to nearly $1,600 a month. I have researched and found that the ex-wife is being reimbursed by insurance checks on Dr. bills being sent that we pay but we don't see half of the check. She falsely supplied these Dr. bills with not acknowleging she has received a full refund and should not be paid a dime to the Attorney General. So they are going after him for Dr. bills that she has already been paid for by the insurance and Dr.'s offices. We have written confirmation from both Dr's offices and Insurance and have informed he OAG and their response, we don't care. He owes the money! Really? She has lied to the State of Texas, falsified documents with the OAG, stolen money, and you are all Attorneys and your response is you don't care and you will go after my husband. Seriously????? Where is the justice in this world? She has withheld visitation of his daugther for 8 years...she graduates in May. She wants nothing to do with him, but let's double his child support because they say they can. This legal system is against the non custodial parent. It's clear and evident. What can we do?

My wifes friend has 6 kids from. a policeman,Fireman,Border patrol officer,a customes inspector,and a truck driver. she gets about 20,000 dlls a month all from child support plus insurance... She LOL when she tells other 26 year old how to work the system...IS THAT WRONG OR WHAT...O AND SHES MARIED TO A MILITARY NOW AND STILL GETS CHILD SUPPORT

The real reason why CSO is hostile to Non-Custodial Parent

The CSO receives federal funds for collection of child support. This money can be used for other purposes by the State of Texas. Therefore, they seem to be systematically going after the non-custodial parents for more money even if they have no legal right to do so (as it is in my case). They need to show tough enforcement so they can keep getting federal funds. This is a $500 Billion per year industry and they won't give up easily. States on average earn about $500 million per year from collecting child support payments. The agency has trouble collecting from poor, non-compliant parents so they go after the middle class parents with a vengence.
In my case, the Temporary Support Order was closed by my county, my wife and I have reconciled, she's asked for and received approval for child support payments to stop, and the State of Texas still sent a letter to garnish my wages...which I get right back from my wife. They make around $2 from the Federal Government for every $1 they collect.
The State of Texas (and probably many other states) need to be sued in court for defrauding the Federal Government.

I am married to a NCP dad. NEVER been late on CS, has been denied access to his child for over 7 years. Child turns 18 in May 2011 and graduates HS the same month - less than 9 months away and is being hit with a modification to double his CS???????? WHAT????? Mom has violated both sets of divorce papers (original) and we took her back to court 7 years ago and she has violated every line in those papers as well. My husband has received letters every 3 months for the last three years stating he was overpaid by $7K. I have every word, conversation,dates, numbers,documented. Now the $7K is gone - missing. No explanation. 3.5 years ago they supplied his work with false paperwork stating he was in arrears $14K in arrears - received notification the same day they served his work. 3 phones calls later the AG had to withdraw the order because he was overpaid by $7K...this all took place in 3-4 hours. The AG has no accountability, doesn't answer to anyone, do as they want, and the father's suffer at more than just financial expenses. He will NEVER have a relationship with his daughter because the AG nor anyone else can give him back time lost. I am currently working with Senator Shapiro's office on this matter. Ken Paxton's office would not even return my calls ~ they sent a letter received today basically stating what I already know but what they don't know. CS is outdated. The AG wants everyone to fit in a pretty little box and the world does not work that way. We are now in the process of waiting for the hearing for the modification - he already pays $700.00 a month in CS and $500.00 in insurance that has never been touched. The insane mom wanted to continue carrying insurance on the child as well and a Judge ordered this!!!! Screwed in Texas. I am willing to stand beside, sign petitions, anything for a check and balance system for the CS system and Greg Abbott to be out and in jail for all the violations he allows his 700+ lawyers to violate and the employees that work for him. We pay their salaries and they won't step in and defend any father - ONLY THE MOTHERS. Violating civil rights ~ stop the madness...let's get something done.

I have been paying child support for about 13 yrs. The more money I make the more they take. By me being the non-custodial parent I have no rights in tx. I don't see my kids and child support garnishes my wages. It's like I'm paying for a Lexus that I can't drive. After my garnishments I hardly have money left to show my kids I love them. Funny, all of these men yip about paying to support their child. My ex, makes over 300k per year from his business, has collected unemployment for the last 3 years and works a part time job; all documented with the latest tax returns received since I hauled his useless arse into court. He never sent a card, toothpick, toothbrush nothing, all i asked for was the 377 per month the court ordered, I didn't want to fight if you don't care you don't care. But for 3 of six years, you have not paid a dime, you take me back and forth to court, no COLA, NO INCREASE, just 150.00 in support, the state has done nothing! Now that I'm acting a total fool cause my daughter needs medical, I'm wrong. WHO DOES THAT? Over 3 million made and only 150.00 paid in support. WELL, he is about to get screwed, no lube, you hid it well, thought I wouldn't fight back, well I AM, I will and all the deadbeats out there, need to get it! All I wanted was what was ordered, but now....It is on!

My fiance's story in a nutshell is he has a judgement entry signed by a judge, magistrate, and special prosecuting atty for csea which lowers his child support (when health insurance is provided which it is through my employer) and a higher amt with cash med support amt when health ins is not provided. The judgement entry states in bold black letters "Private health insurance is currently provided for the child of this order" yet the sent my employer a new addendum withholding order to take the higher amt out. To get to the point of a signed judgement took 1 1/2 years in which they continued to collect the orig order amt and withheld part of the funds from the mother of my daughter (to the tune of 1300.00) which they have been holding in an account. Now because they sent the withholding order to my employer for the higher amt and have considered that my monthly payment amount i am considered "in arrears" and they have issued a federal tax refund offset request to claim my taxes. Just a runaround, dog and pony show. After paying my support for the last 7yrs without delinquency, i am now "in arrears" and current deadbeat dad. This has got to stop. The magistrate stated in my judgement entry that one of his decisions was based upon what was in my "childs best interest". I do not feel that screwing me around and causing me to show "in arrears" due to their incompetence is "in my childs best interest". The abuse of authority by CSEA across America MUST STOP! Where do we begin?

There are avenues to take. Contact your TX state representative, Alma Anderson. Make sure you have emails, phone calls, but most importantly documented certified letters. This office will help with enforcement if the Texas Attorney General doesn't assist. If support is not paid as court ordered, they are in contempt and should be jailed. This can only happen with persistance.

I think that the child support laws in Texas, or better those who work in these offices as attorneys in the name of child support should be fired. Since when did child support start being about getting revenge on non-custodial parents. If you lock up a parent for non-payment of child support, a parent who spends time with his child, and gets child whatever child needs, but most of all this parent has formed a relationship with this child, more so than the custodial parent has, but because the AG's office is not getting money, you want to lock the parent up. What do you think this is doing to the child. I'm sure if the child was asked what do you want, money or your parent, the child would say parent. Since when did child support stop being about the child and start being about the custodial parent wanting to get revenge on the non-custodial parent. Child support should always be about what's in the best interest of the child, not the other parent.

I have been paying child support for 20 years and my children lived with me while I, allowed their mother to collect support payments. Now the state of Texas, say I, still owe them almost 5 thousand dollars. I. have give these parasites over $300,000 dollars plus pay for insurance and other matters . I have over payed for years and I, don't make a great deal of money. If the state of Texas is so great why do they steal from their children ?

The texas child support devision is nothing but a big pile of liers. I am unable to have children due to a burth defect that in simple words, I cannot have children. To top it all of, the person in San Antonio, Texas that has screwed my life to no end, I do not even know. I am white, she is white, and the child is mexican. Texas told me that is because of her area she lives in.

I was informed that this woman, whoever she is stated that an angle floted abover her bed one night and told her that I was the father of her child. Texas beleaived her and is suckering me out of my life.

Deliberate extortion

In December I received a letter from The Guernsey County Child Support Agency in Cambridge Ohio stating that I had notified them in September I was working and where. The letter stated that they had notified my employer immediately to withhold payments but as of December they hadn't received any payments. They said I was responsible to pay them until their investigation as to why there were no payments was complete. I went to our local paper and questioned the caseworkers competence for waiting until December to notify me and why they didn't get the payments. After my letter was printed in the paper I received the withholding order which was dated December 14th. They never notified my employer and threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay them. They purposely delayed sending the order. That delay not only put me further behind in my support but gave them an excuse to try to extort money from me. Our state officials including our soon to be ex Governor know these kinds of things are going on but refuses to intervene. The C.S.E.A. must be an enormous cash cow for the state.

In 2005 I decided to change careers because the job I had wasn't bringing in enough money to support my kids and so that we could live in a decent house & neighborhood. Unfortunately, that was when the economy took a big dump and work was scarce. I was making child support payments, but it wasn't the full amount that the court ordered. However, I still spent time with my children and if they needed anything my family would get it for them. When I finally found steady employment, I was in arrears by $15,000 because unknown to me, I could have gotten it modified due to unemployment. The child support system is biased, unconstitutional in the fact that these states force you to pay it without any proof or proper justification, and it's unbelievably overwhelmed and corrupt! I live in IL, and have written letters to several elected officials as well as newspapers and reporters, only to either be ignored, passed off to someone else, or given some political unofficial response. I am now just about done paying the arrearage, but the state does not want it to happen, and I have been fighting constantly to correct their mistake to no avail. I have been trying to purchase a sensible second car this week, but found out tonight that thanks to IL misreporting figures on my credit report, my FICO score has been wiped out as if I don't have any credit at all!! I checked it on freecreditreport.com and it was "fair". The only positive thing that I can say about that is I'm planning on buying another house, and it's good to know that my credit is shot due to their incompetence. I could only wish that the child support division could be sued, because I have wasted countless hours proving that I have made payments, getting copies of my pay history from HR, etc., etc. If you need a signature for a petition or whatever else you have planned, I'm in with both feet! I have about a year and a half left before I'm unbound from this modern day slavery, but I strongly feel that no one should have to go through this. No one!!!

So many people believe that the family law is just a way of bleeding money from the public and on many levels it is. I am a student of law and have found proof that these laws can be overturned but it will take some doing. At this point I am gathering data and names of people who want to to radicaly change these laws for the best intrest of our children.I have found not only constitutional aids for our stance, but also historical comparisons of where these code came from or at least historical comparisons to them which failed. Father's rights violated and harrassed

I have had my rights violated the child support agency several times and have been harrassed also. One three different occassions custody of my children were given to the mothers' family members without my knowledge, approval or a court hearing. I had to pay support and had no visitation rights. I was working and paying support and was still taken to court for non support and found in contempt. Now I notified the agency that I was working and where. That was in Septemember. Three weeks later they robbed my savings account. I asked why they took what was left of my checks when they were getting payments. They said because I had money in the bank. Now in December they say they haven't received any payments and I'm responsible. The csea is running a scam and are protected by the state of ohio. Texas AG Support office

my son-in-law has been paying childsupport for 3 children since May 1, 2000 in the amount of $788.00. He has always had his children covered with insurance since they were born. Out of the clear he begins receiving letters from the AG. Supposedly he is in arrears by about $8,000.00.
They have been making payments to her (his child support checks do not go through the AG office and never have). Now, how to convince the AG that they should be asking her to repay them for money she was receiving over the court appointed child support. They also say he has not had insurance on the children. It has never ceased. So, where are they getting their information?
In addition to this she has stopped the kids from visiting for the last 8 years. They only come when they want to escape the stepfather for a few days. They feel sorry for mom as she is a victim of the stepfather (their words not mine).
I can almost guarantee that the hearing next year will benefit her and the AG not my son-in-law. Will update then.

My story is a little different

In 2002 me and my daughter's father went to court to set up child support. The judge ordered tempory child support and we had to return one more time to finalize it. I could not afford my attorney anymore to go back to court so we never returned. The tempory orders was for him to pay $557 a month. For 8(2002-2010) years the father would work a couple months then quit his job and months later get a different one. In 8 years he paid a total of $32k and if you do the math he should have paid YTD around $52k. For a year and 3 months he has "not worked" and I have received no help. We finally went to a hearing at the Attorney General who at that time informed me that the case was canceled in 2003 due not going back to court. I asked if that was true then how have they taken money out of his checks when he had a job and why was I never informed that it was canceled. They could not give me an answer. They are saying that we can only go back 4 years which 1year and 3 months will be calculated at minium wage becuase he has not had a job. After they did all the figures and calculated what he paid minus 2.9 years at $557 a month and then 1.3 year at $220 they said he over paid and sent him a check for $997. This is after a full year of getting no help. He gets rewarded for not helping for a 1.3 years with a check for $997.

Every State has different laws. But in Illinois Child Support Enforcement can do anything they want to you. In Illinois they have passed laws so that the State can't be sued by any deadbeat Fathers. You have no rights. Sooner you understand that the better off you will be!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your nothing but slaves to the state!! Get used to it your SLAVES ON THE OLD PLANTATION!!

i agree! i know fathers who can't even make a living for them selves because of the excessive garnishing. If you take every penny someone owes,via income tax, bank accounts and such, their license.What is the purpose in them even trying...
I also know mothers who sit and wait for months for payments that have been made but until Child Support gets around to it and takes out their portion, these kids do with out.. Its all about what they can get out of it, the lawyers too! My brother hired a lawyer,supposed to work for him, and the SOB got to court and made the statement he had a dead beat dad and he hates dead beat dads, and did nothing in my brothers behalf to help. After he took his money... If they charge interest on money that isnt theirs the interest should go to the child. They shouldn't be able to pocket it.. Government is hard up for $, just another legal way to take all they can to make up for what they spend. And im a single mother... these kids are half mine, my responsibility too. no matter if you got help or not, you do what you have to do.. its not always the answer to sue!

For years now I do not enter any talks with anyone concerning my divorce or child support unless I record it without their knowledge. I recorded meetings with the AG. Simply an open reference of these recordings changed the AG from my worst enemy to my protector. Three years ago the AG sued me to increase child support. I was savvy enough to sidestep their lawsuit by suing my ex for sole custody. That was an easy win when I settled for 50% custody. I particularly enjoyed stuffing that modified agreement down the AGs arrogant throat. When my Ex later sued me for non-payment, an AG attorney volunteered to defend me. I was given credit for all payments made, even before the original agreement was in place. I was treated with respect.
MY BEEF with the AG is that I am still listed as a non-custodial parent. I AM A CUSTODIAL PARENT. Locally, my protector at the AG has changed their forms so that I will stop threatening to sue them for libel. Where it used to say "non-custodial parent" now it simply says "parent". Problem is--Austin still treats me like a deadbeat. I WISH I COULD SUE AUSTIN. THE AG IS GUILTY OF LIBEL. When a man is listed as a non-custodial parent--BAD THINGS AUTOMATICALLY HAPPEN TO HIM. That is the very definition of libel.
