If you read this. I hear ya! I too am in New York state...the capital as a matter of fact. The man for lack of better words, that fathered my wonderful child to date owes $34,000. The Judge, for lack of better words, has let him slide for 3 years. She finally sent him to jail but only on weekends which he didn't show up for. All the while she has been believing his "good intentions" to pay and take care of his son and never once has asked how I do it (subsidy through my local social services) or how my son eats, is clothed, has heat. It has soley been about him getting a job and her 'belief' in him...THE VIOLATER. I just don't get it, and I understand your frustration!

I PAY MY CHILD SUPPORT AND HAVE FOR 12 YEARS AND NEVER WAS LATE. THIS MAN IS WHAT MAKES ALL OF US LOOK BAD.I LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS, IF MEN OR WOMEN PAYED THERE SUPPORT, MAYBE THE COURTS WOULD NOT BE SO HARD ON THEM OR GIVE THEM A LITTLE BIT OF A BRAKE. AGAIN THE JUDGE IS BEING UNFAIR TO YOU AND MOST OF ALL THE CHILD.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME HE ONLY PAYS $25 A MONTH WHY IS HE NOT PAYING MORE? WHAT KIND OF JOB DOES HE HAVE? HE SHOULD BE MADE TO PAY MORE OR GO TO JAIL.
