Where has the justice gone? In my humble opinion and personal ongoing experience, there pretty much isn't any. The national child support system is broken and overwhelmed by the sheer numbers, lack of manpower and fiscal budget. Corrupt, arrogant judges definitely play a part as well as badly written legislation. Each of us HAS to stay on top of our own cases, do the detective work ourselves and be prepared to present the evidence to what we pray beforehand is the sitting judge we need. Rememeber that the system wants us custodial parents to give up, that's the goal. Less work for them.
