Let me start by saying that I want to fullfill my obligations as a Father of paying my child support because I love my little girls, but how much money does 2 little girls need per wk. with no daycare or afterschool care expenses involved?

My ex-wife divorced me for reasons I still don't know today. We have 2 little girls 12, and 8. When we were seperated, she kept me on the stringer by saying that she was'nt sure she wanted the divorce. I advised counceling, church, and other things. She kept me around just to do handy work around the house while she did her thing. At this time I was paying for 2 homes.

I felt it best that the girls stay with their mom while daddy worked on starting up a business. My ex worked at a car dealership and would come home and say " I did payroll today and so-n-so made 5k this wk. Why can't you make that she said to me. I had 3 jobs and killed myself to try and make her happy. I caught her with mult. guys at times when my girls were with me at my other house. She is a con and a master manipulator. Anyway, the divorce was final and I could'nt afford an attorney. I paid her 232.00 per wk. support at that time based on my income. I finally met the woman of my dreams 4 yrs. later and got things going financially.

Once the ex found out I bought her an engagement ring she had me in court. I still could'nt afford an attorney even pro bono. My support went from 232.00 to 481.00 like that. When I asked the judge if I could speak, he laughed at me and said "Talk is cheap and we need the money". Since then I have struggled with my relationship with my wife, paying simple bills, even eating. My ex bought a new car, got a roof put on her house, lcd tv's, remodeling her home, at the mall every weekend, etc..... I have been to court 3 times in the past yr. with documents showing my living expenses and trying to get a reduction just to exist. Each time the judge laughs and says "Get creative". I get paid bi weekly and some checks will be less than 100.00.

So, I guess I'll quit my job, draw unemployment, and work for cash. Why not? The illegal immigrants do and the govt. does'nt do anything about it. I'll let the courts base my support off of unemployment or min. wage. Maybe I can then afford an attorney to file for joint custody and my ex can live her wine life on a beer budget. HA HA HA. When the sys. screws you, you screw the sys. By the way, my new wife and I got married on my ex's B-day. HA HA!!
