Texas discriminates against out of state parties

I raised my son for twelve years in California with little help from his Father, he didnt even know his Father until he was 6. At the age of 12, my son wanted to move to Texas to play football. At this time his Father owed me 26,000.00 in back child support through California. My son moved down to Texas to live with his Father. His Father took me to Court down in Texas. I have two younger mentally disabled children.

I received no support for them either...thanks California! Anyways, after begging and boring, I managed to get the money to go to Court in Texas, at first the judge awarded him 100.00 a month, to be deducted from what he owed me in arrearages. A year later they went to Court without me and raised the order to 400.00 a month and abated his arrearages he owed me, just wiped it clean, left me owing about 3600.00 in back child support.

I have had my wages deducted for some when I can work, like I said I have to mentally ill children, which cannot just go to any school or daycare. Recently, I started receiving SSI for both, since employment at this time is not an issue. I still owe over 5000.00, my son is now 19 and a half, he was kicked out from his dads 3 days after his 18th birthday and has talked to him 3 times since.

I send my son, 80.00 to help him down in Texas a week, from what little I have, now my license is suspended, I have no way to transport my children to their doctors, to their centers or to pick them up at school when there is an issue. So, I am suppose to pay a man money so he can spend it on his girlfriend instead of our son, while sending 320.00 a month to my son, his dad would never give him the child support owed, so I would rather makes sure my son eats. And I cannot take my kids to their doctors, schools, centers and such, nor can I look for a job at all.
My question to you....WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH TEXAS???????

But I can leave the country and never come back, since I cannot get a passport to come back because of the back child support,,,,,wow what laws!
