The AG's offices violates the law

I believe the AG office in Temple has knowingly deceived me.
Paid from social security while I was on disability.
Collected from my social security for Stacy
Apr 2005 -------- $3016 lump sum
May 2005- Jun 2006---$4382
--------------------------------------
Total-----------------$7398 not applied
Two attorneys in the office, namely Roy and Lole told me those payments didn't count. Yesterday Rita admitted that they did when I confronted her with the family law code.
Here's my calculations,
Paid from social security while I was on disability.
Collected from my social security for Stacy
Apr 2005 -------- $3016 lump sum
May 2005- Jun 2006---$4382
--------------------------------------
Total-----------------$7398 not applied
App deductions SS -- $4440
Stimulas package-----$300
Total----------------$12138
They are claiming I owe $10,600
If the interested charged is adjusted it is even more.
I recently found this out when I asked the AG's office to release my passport. My ex wife agreed at first to release it and then the attorney (Ron)coerced her into asking for a lump sum payment.
It is my understanding that AG attorneys are not hired to represent one side or another, but to insure that support payments are properly collected ACCORDING TO THE LAW
I think these lawyers should be at the very least reprimanded if not BARRED for their misconduct.
