I have been taking care of two children who are not mine. I have paperwork that states that the there are not mine the mother has a sworn statement that the children are not mine and a D N A test came back showing that the child are not mine.. What can i do to stop paying child support. Now the courts and the DA's office are now taking money out of my pay check to help support the children because the mother is on state aid, both of the father's have been summands to court but only one has come forth to be a man to take care of his child, Now at the time i was living with the mother and she had told me that the baby was mine and i believed her but after 2 years and a 6 mos later when another child was born, I was told by the mother that both children were not mine. I have had attorney's who have not help in anyway they tell me that because i signed the birth certificate that i am the father this is not far that a man has to take care of children who are not there by DNA finding's. I have no problem taking care of children who are mine i am a man who believes that a father need to be in a child's life and take care of there responsibility.

But i also believe that the mother need's to be more responsible of her actions..
I need HELP???????

i know exactly what you are going throug my husband is in the same perdicument he is paying for a child that he thought was his and now the man came alone and adimmited he is the father... if you could only see the man and my husband so call child i know that man isn't lying that child look exactly like him only thing is she's a female and the man kids look like her you can tell they are siblings ... but he is about 20,000 behind in child support and don't know if he should ask dss for a test because they may make him still pay and when he go in the may lock him up while he is there i did find a place to do the testing but what goog is that now that i see what you are going through that is sad.. cause she know it is not his because what women that put a man on child support let him get behind that far without calling dss for her money... she know what time it is with me.. because another girl said her child was his and looke dnothing like him and put him on child support so wen we went in i payd for his test and it came out not his and she know that so she don't want to push the issue about her money because she scared a test might be ask for did you find out anything on your matter now

Find a good Lawyer

Somebody needs to find a good lawyer who wants to make some big money suing these states that hold the father responsible for children that are not theirs.
I'm sure there are lawyers out there to take on this fight, only collecting if the case is won.
Should the boyfriend or husband be responsible when it is the woman that screwed around and got pregnant by who knows who????
Why don't these women have to take on any responsibility????

Shame on these women who sit back and take money from these men when they are not the kids fathers.

There is nothing wrong with fighting the system what is right.

I owed massive amounts of support arrearages. I never gave in or gave up.

My children are with me now, I never lost my license, went to jail or had my wages garnished, and have traveled the world.

Like i were saying, the state is an low down dirty lie for trying to get money any way they can. They dont care who the father is, as long as they get whatever owe on the docket. The mother lied to me, the Wilson County Social worker threaten me,by way i have three choices to choose from, to pay $5,000.00 or jail,or sign so they will take out of my check each week. Oh hell i sign the papers, What the @##$# i do that for, to make a long storie short,i had DNA TEST done on my son and daughter, my son were 99.9% probobility and my daughter were 0% probrobility. With newly discover evidence i file a motion to stop child support payments, i hired a lawyer to handle the case, oh hell he was working with them. The DA claim he never heard of the company, the name,address,phone,and fax# were at the bottom of the page, in which i learn he cut off when he went in the back to get in touch with them. He came back out saying he think its a fake, and ask the judge to dimiss the case. Well you know the judge did, i ask the atty, why he did not say anything, he replied ssshhhhh, the judge will hold you in comtemped, ill explained to you outside, DISMISS is what i heard,we continue on the outside, he said i could appealed, but it will cost about $10.000 so thats all you owed so just pay it and get it over with. He better be glad they had metal detetors, the lord was with him that day!!!!! My main conceern was that she had gotten pregenant, until she finds out who her real father is, she could be pregenant by her brother,or cousin. You get the idea, I told them i dont care if its $5.00 i owe, she needs to know who her family is, and for emegency purposes, thats all im saying. Thank You for listening to me about whats been going on for the past 7yrs.

she's right unfortunatly i signed my ex birth certificate cuz i was in love but i'm 99% it's mine but sometime rationale skips us by when we fall in love so fault is not just you and your not alone be nice to ex and just maybe or realize she's getting paid keepin you around so ...hmmmm good luck family court system sucks they say there here to help and then rob you of your rights and money hey sounds like our govnt i guess we know whos making it and who ends up spending it good luck

Dear the children are not mine,
I hate to tell you this but because you signed stating you are the father regardless that you are not by the finding of DNA testing, you signed to take the responsibility of those said children. I believe the only way you will get out of this one is by the mother removing you from the birth certificate. Unfortunately mothers have more right in this country that fathers do, It makes me furious just as well as it does the next. I am a mother and I believe that fathers get the short end of the stick in these cases.

wish I could give you better info but at this time you need to ask that mother to take your name off the birth certificates... or you will be the responsible father for those children.
