The Ohio Rip off Scheme

I now live in Columbus, Ohio and am in the midst off financial ruin and the ripe old age of 28. First just to give you background I had a child at 20 with a women who then becamee engaged. She and her then husband wanted to adopt my child which I agreed was the best. I have now payed over 20,000 in child support the last 8 years because she refuses to fill the necsarry paperwork. The Child support agency has the birth certificate with the adoption changes on it, but they say it is not good enough to stop it.

That is just a back story though. I moved to Columbus in late Jan. of last year and then started to work at a bar with a girl lets call julie in every Feb. Well one thing led to another but I have learn my leason on protection. We slept together about 4 times and then I finally got a better job left the bar and stopped seeing her. Well two weeks later she came to me and tell me she was pregnent. I was ok with it I figured ok we will get married I am not losing another child. Went to the first Dr appointment and found out she was due late Oct early Nov.... um timeline didn't work turns out she was pregnent before I even lived in this city. So I wanted nothing to do with her. I forget about it til about March of this year when my Dad called me asked me who julie was and why she was asking for money from him to make her and her child go away.

I told him the story and then hired a lawyer. The lawyer told me he would keep me up to date and get this all taken care of. Well last week as I get my pay check I realize that it is 300 dollars short. My HR informs me that CSEA is taking money out of my check. I make 1300 a month and they are taking 600. I don't know how I am going to survive and now the CSEA won't even return my calls. They take my money with no notice and then don't return my calls. I am trying to finish college to better my life and now I don't know if I am going to have a place to live next month. I thought my lawyer was taking care of this and that she dropped this crap as soon as she found out that I got a lawyer. Well now I can't get hold of the attorney that took my money to represent me.

Its so funny public defenders won't take cases involving the CSEA cause the know it's pointless. Now this is starting to effect my job boss is not happy I have to try to take care of this during buisiness hours. I really should just take leave of absence considering I am here 100 hrs a pay period and I take home 300 dollars I will go bartend and wait tables and take more money home. Anybody know anything that I can do.
