The System Only Helps The Woman.

I have a 16 y/o son, I also have joint custody of him, to where I share all the same rights as his mother except he lives with her. Well about 8 years ago she just ups and moves to New York with no warning and I have seen my son once since then. After she moved, she made it almost impossible for me to find her. I have contacted the Attorney Generals Office and they wont help, but if I don't pay my child support I will go to jail. I have found no one in the justice system who is willing to help. So where is the justice here? The system DOES NOT CARE about the child or the other parent, if you aint getting the money you no longer matter.
