Thirteen months 5200.00 attorney fee and 77.74 is child support

I am more than convinced that the state of Florida cares nothing about children. The mediation well it was a criminal violation. It was held in the ex's attorney's office. When my attorney and I spoke in private they listened through the paper thin walls they even turned their radio down so they could. They also turned it up when they spoke. The best "they say" mediator well she looked right at me in her high mighty style and told me at one time that people here in Florida often give children alcohol and that was common in other countries I thought I was going to pass out. My daughter was 2 ½ at that time. Then they tried to force me into signing an agreement allowing him to write off the last 2 ½ years child support he had not paid, then his attorney tells me my ex lives and is in the US Air Force barracks in Ohio, come to find out he was living in Las Vegas Nellis AFB. His attorney screamed and demanded that I sign the agreement they came up with my attorney finally screamed back no. It was completely the most unprofessional experience. I can honestly tell anyone that you should never sign anything in mediation and that you need to watch your back there are no security and/or judges around to protect you or the best interest of your child. They got no signed agreement that day and it is now Thirteen months later, two court hearings and he has not followed one thing the Judge told him to do. Child Enforcement Agency has done nothing. My advice to any and everyone do not raise your children here this state cares nothing about them. If you think they do let me say this again. 13 months have passed by 5200.00 has been paid to my attorney and my ex is in the US Air Force and the system here in Florida courts and child enforcement agency has still not been able to get a dime in child support. Just try to get that over on a judge and child enforcement agency in Ohio. Oh by the way there is one published phone number for all of Florida except for Miami-Dade County. So, if you must live here move to Miami Dade County at least you will have a real person to call for help. Oh I almost forgot the best part my baby’s daddy started this whole process he walked into an attorney’s office and told him he was a Daddy and wanted to pay child support turns out he thought the military would pay him more money.
