My son and daughter live with their mother(my ex wife) and I havent seen them much since 2003. In January I had spoken with my daughter who was 16 at the time and she said that she wasnt in school she was being home schooled. I have joint custody with my ex wife but she didnt bother to let me know. Now today I just found out that my daughter is pregnant and she is still under age. My son is 15 and is running the streets partying (so she says). I need to know my rights as their father and as far as paying child support on a child who will probably be receiving child support soon for her own child????
