My husbands ex- wife is having his child support recalculated. He has been out of work for 5 months , not because he didnt want to work but because he coulnt find a job that would pay for the child support, insurance and gas to drive back and forth to work. Everything didnt pay enough. Now his ex- wife is trying to get the child support recalculated because she says there is "greater income " HA! The child support division is worthless because they let people like her get away with everything she says she has no income when actually she is co- owner in a construction company with her husband. I have been trying to get the information necessary to prove she is co- owner . The construction company grossed $1,000,000.00 last year. Like she actually needs this money

I am, as the new wife, ready to kill this bitch. She has ruined MY life, caused so much disruption with her constant threats and legal bullshit, and has exactly what she needs: an inheritance, all the booze she can drink, and the "sympathy" of the court, mostly made up of women who are just like her in one way or another.
I have worked hard all of my life. My family is grown. This piece of crap has done nothing but squirt out two disturbed children and left a husband at the curb. She has done nothing with her life except become dependent and sickly, just the same as she has made her children. As long as it was just him, she was fine. Once I came along, her fangs came out and she has decided to deliver her poison routinely. No matter that the divorce is final and he is now re-married to ME, she is constantly complaining about everything and has the support of the unfair judges in Minnesota who refuse to even listen to my husband's side of the story. Now he has lost his job and she is still getting the bitch of a judge to rule in the stinky-twat's favor! I swear I have died and gone to an eternal hell. This has cost ME money because I have had to make up for all of HIS shortfalls financially. And now since he has lost his job, I am wondering if I even want to stay. Let me give a piece of advice to ANY woman even considering marrying a man with an ex, let alone children. DON'T. Your life will be better if you stay alone and just use men the way the have used you your whole life. Especially in HELL. Oh, I mean, Minnesota.

COULD NOT AGREE MORE! IT IS NOT JUST EX-WIVES ITS EX GIRLFRIENDS TOO! I DATED THIS GIRL ON AND OFF FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS ON BIRTH CONTROL PILLS AND HAD BEEN SINCE SHE WAS 16 IN 9 YEARS I DATED HER SHE NEVER ONCE GOT PREGNANT WELL LET ME TELL YA, THE LAST YEAR WE WERE TOGETHER I FOUND OUT SHE QUIT TAKING THEM AND SHE GOT PREGNANT. SHE FORCED A CHILD ON ME THAT I NEVER WANTED, PLANNED, OR CHOSE TO HAVE WITH HER. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF SHE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT USE THE CHILD AS A PAWN TO TRY AND MANIPULATE ME. SHE ACCUSES MY WIFE OF BEING THIS EVIL PERSON THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY JEALOUS OF THE CHILD. YA RIGHT, SHE IS JEALOUS BECAUSE I LOVE MY WIFE MORE THAN I COULD OF EVER LOVED HER AND BECAUSE I HAVE 3 SONS WITH MY WIFE. 1 BIOLOGICAL AND THE OTHER 2 I ADOPTED. A MAN SHOULD HAVE THE EXACT SAME RIGHTS AS A WOMAN. IF A WOMAN CAN HAVE AN ABORTION OR CHOSE TO GIVE THEIR CHILD UP, THEN SO SHOULD A MAN. PEOPLE TALK ABOUT DEAD BEAT DADS, THERE ARE SO MANY BECAUSE WE CHOSE TO WALK OUT OF THE CHILD'S LIFE BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH SOME JEALOUS WACKO WHO TRIES TO CONTROL OUR LIFE BY MANIPULATING US. I CHOSE TO HAVE VERY LIMITED PARTICIPATION IN HER SON'S LIFE BECAUSE SHE IS A TROUBLE MAKER, LIAR, AND TO BE QUIT HONEST I NEVER CHOSE TO HAVE A CHILD WITH HER. SHE MADE THAT DECISION FOR ME WHEN SHE WAS LYING TO ME ABOUT BEING ON BIRTH CONTROL. THERE NEEDS TO BE NEW LAWS ESPECIALLY WHEN BOTH PARTIES ARE NOT MARRIED. IF YOU ARE NOT IN A LEGAL RELATIONSHIP (MARRIAGE) THEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS A WOMAN. IF SHE GETS PREGNANT AND IS NOT MARRIED, THEN THE MAN SHOULD HAVE A RIGHT TO DECIDE IF HE WANTS TO BE A FATHER OR NOT.

I have a cousin that is an attorney, his ex wife is an attorney. She inherited several million dollars from her father, so she's literally worth millions, and she gets $1,700 in child support for two teenage boys. I also know a man whose ex wife used his family's attorney against him in the divorce. She paid him with her special talents... The man who got divorced was in the Army at the time, and then became a cop... He paid some asinine amount of money, for what he made in child support. The ex married the lawyer, and doesn't work, so she gets as much as possible from him. She just goes to Bali fitness and gets some cosmetic work done from time to time... when she's not trash talking the vet. His daughter filed for emancipation or some similar act from her bio dad, so I think he's no longer paying CS. My point is, men get hosed, and it doesn't matter what the ex wife is worth, literally or figuratively, they can and do 'get over'...
