Polk county Florida child support enforcement dosent even respond to my home state of Missouri about the back support or how they are going to enforce payment of support.I am not a citizen of Florida,but I am an American tax payer who deserves a reponse from Florida.I hope because Florida will not repond that Missouri will still work with other states including Florida on collecting and enforcing child support.The peopls in Florida child support need to realize they are in the United States,not a detached island were they can make their own rules and deals.P.S This is not going away

I just received my first child support check from the state. They have finally started the garnish his wages! I had recently hired an attorney to move my case back to Pasco and begin the collection process. I can't help but wonder once the state/ Duval county, was made aware of the amount owed, a fire was lit under someone's ass.
Flash:Owing back child support can become a Federal offense, punishable by doing time in a Federal Pen.Since the States will not enforce the Support laws,I would like my tax dollars spent on Federal enforcement!
