Tired of being jerked around, owes 72,000.00

The child support system in Florida sucks. If you are not collecting public assistance, you can forget about this agency helping you. I am now on unemployment have always taken care of our daughter as her father is always "doing all he can to take care of himself, I should be grateful!" I need the court order enforced but cannot get any help because I am not collecting support from the state. They have transferred by case from Pasco Co to Duval, I cannot get a hold of anyone in the Jacksonville office. I don't have the time or gas $ to travel to Jacksonville to be turned away because welfare cases have priority. Child support offices need to have a customer support phone number so people like me can inquire about our case!
