Tired of it all!

I have been paying child support since 1997. I do not mind paying my child support, they are my kids and I love them. What I'm tired of is the constant harrassment of my ex-wife who is now taking me to court again for more money. Over the years I have gone without a job at times. Not ONCE have I ever asked for a modification of the support order due to not having income. I have fallen behind and always come back and paid any arrears as quickly as possible. After all, its for my kids.

Now I am on temperary orders for the military in California and she wants to more than quadrouple the amount of support. I'm finally in a position where I can get out of debt and on my feet but that is all being stripped away from me once again. I just signed a year lease for my apartment which now I will loose and get sued by the apartment complex for breaking my lease that I have signed only 26 days ago. I'm tired of having no rights. I'm tired of paying to a women has nothing in her heart but spite. Did I happen to mention she has ruined my relationship between me and my kids and I have not had contact with them since '07.WHY DO WE PAY FOR THE MOTHERS GREED! WHY CAN I NOT ENJOY MY LIFE BECAUSE MY EX-WIFE IS CRAZY AND VINDICTIVE! WHY DOES THE COURTS NOT TELL THESE WOMEN TO QUIT WASTING TAX PAYERS DOLLARS AND THROW THEM IN JAIL FOR HARRASSMENT!

I JUST DON'T CARE ANYMORE! THROW ME IN JAIL GIVE ME THREE MEALS A DAY AND A ROOF OVER MY HEAD! I DON'T CARE JUST GET THIS MONEY GRUBBING B**** OUT OF MY LIFE AND LEAVE ME ALONE!

I know what you feel

I love my two kids more then life. I would do anything for them. I just got a divorce and Indiana (Fort Wayne) just let me know I will be paying $338.00 a week on my two kids. Now I was laid off for six months and just got this job and I did the right thing and told them my start date and how much I will be making. After child support, taxes, and insurance I will have about $320.00 a week. Now our house payment (my old house hers now) is $868.00 a month. I will be living in my car and I will be paying her house payment. They tell me at the court house to get a low end apartment. Really? take my kids to a gang banger apartment complex. My kids are small like 4 and 1 and they want them to be around this. The courts always say its about the kids. Really Fort Wayne about the kids my car for my weekends or a gang bang complex where there has been three shootings. I went from being very happy about this job to being sad and pissed off because I will be working for free.

Women like that make other women look bad

I feel your pain!! My husband was married to a lazy, good for nothing woman who thinks that the reason she was put on this earth was for everybody and their mother to take care of her. I hate women like that, oh God, you just don't know. She harrasses him about child support that is taken out of his check, she harrasses him over medical bills, but don't think about all the times he has given her money so his kids could be in sports, oh you name it and she does this all in the comfort of "their" former home, the house that she is now 7 months behind on the mortgage, she gets 1400.00 a month and can't even pay the house payment. FATHERS NEED SOMEONE TO STAND IN THEIR CORNER! I have a son that I do not ask any child support for due to the fact that his father was not good for him to be around. We came up with an agreement and it has worked for over 10 years. I have tried to locate the new laws that were suppose to have went into effect over child custody and support but can't find anything, does anyone know where I can look.
The children's mother doesn't work, didn't work when my husband and her were married, heck, she wouldn't cook or clean, he had to come in from work and do it!! I work a full-time job, and was working 2. My house may not be the cleaniest in the world or I may not do all the cooking, but we do share those jobs. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS INJUSTICE BEING PLAGUED ON THE FATHERS!!! WHO WILL HELP?

her to court for contempt of court. That is what I am doing with my stepdaughters Mother.. She has been doing this for 14 yrs... I am a mother and I know I couldn't do this type of evil crap on my husband if we ever left one another. If you haven't seen them since 07 then go back to court for CONTEMPT !!!!!

I give you allot of credit. I am on the side of trying to get child support. I have not ever taken my kids away from him, never asked for anything over and above child support and even was 100% ok with him getting it lowered when he changed jobs and still can't get it. There are some woman as myself, that are not in it for the money, just help in supporting the children that we have! I am sorry that you ended up with someone that acts this way and hope that you can get in front of a judge that see's this and ends the non sense!

I think I might be able to help you. I know about military laws, UCMJ, and child support laws in most states. What I don't know I can find out and I WILL help you.

I understand what your feeling and I know it sucks. But this woman sounds hatefull and awful. I think you need to email me and we can go from there with this.

I am helping about 6 people right now and they never thought they would have help. I do not want anything, I just want to help. I hate thinking your children are with this horrible woman that is making your life hell.

Email me, let go over what you have from the courts and don't give up. I am hoping we can do something but if you give up, she wins. I don't think that if fair or right at all. OK
