Dear Tired of waiting . True your husband needs to send the child support. But you sound like my husband ex wife (why cant I live like him) Well he works and lives like he wants. Dont whine because you cant live like him that is not his responsibly. His only responsible is to support the children a fair percentage of his income. The courts decide that. You should have thought of that when you divorced him. Go to work and make a living for your self and get on with life . We all dont live the same.
