Hello my name is Richard, I am from ohio this is what been going on. Well I was married for almost seven years and with the same girl for almost tweleve. One morning I left for work and my wife and daughter went shoping with her mother I came home and she still was back or asnwering her cell around ten pm I called her mothers she answered told me she wasn't coming back. I honestly had no Idea. three weeks later I finally see my four year old little girl who said she lost her sun glasses at cedar point and i said babie we havent been there she said her mom and nick was just there we havent even filled for a divorce yet once I found out she filled and put a retraing order on me Ive never been in trouble for anything like that less than two weeks later her parent had dinner with her and nick at her apartment. Oh the best part nick is her physical therapist she had been seeing for her foot for the past year or so.

I thought that was illegal. I went and got a lawyer who was the local judge in the city were I live he did nothing to help he never advice me not to sign anthing I make 16 dollars a hour my wife made 40 hr she left me with the house and all the utilitys I couldnt afford to leave and pay that all she wanted was her clothes and few items. my lawyer said ton sign this paper paying temporary support and she would pay the house payment till it was sold month later I found out It gave up temorary coustody said I was able to fight for shared parnting I also pay 380 a month for suporrt and am not aloud to clame her on my income tax ever also have to pay 500 a year for her to go to a catholic school Im not even catholic. she make almost triple what i make now. For visit i get wed for 3 hours and every other weekend supose to get for weeks of the summer bu this is the secound year in a row she has screwed me I write a written request 60 days in advance she dosent answer the phone she dosent let me talk to my daughter except when its my weekend.
