TO YOU MOTHERS- from a mother

I have a 13 yr old daughter. I get nothing in child support. Last check I had was 17 cents. GET A JOB, GO TO SCHOOL!! STOP WHINING- you helped make the kid, so really! I dont fight for support. I love my daughter and that is all I care about. I am a full time college student, and fully disabled. (I receive less than 600 a month, total including food stamps still under 1000) We do not have DC clothing, nor do we live in an apartment complex with a pool. She speaks with her dad when he calls. No presents, no help. Visitation is fun- I drive 1000 miles with my money- for him to see her, he doesnt even help with gas. and yet I do not complain. What I do I do for my daughter. I divorced him, not her. He owes thousands... 300 a month times 13 years... I give up the count on it. I last year dropped all arrearages because its stupid. I pay for her, she will know when she is older who was there. STOP ALL YOUR WHINING AND DO IT FOR YOUR KIDS! HECK YES IT IS HARD BUT OTHERS HAVE IT WORSE. CHRISTMAS SHE GETS 2 PRESENTS AND SOME CLOTHS. WE SHOP AT THRIFT STORES, AND OUR FURNITURE WE FOUND ON THE STREET AND CLEANED UP. WE DECORATE WITH THINGS WE MAKE. IT IS WHAT MAKES A HOUSE A HOME NOT THE MONEY.
