My husband and I have adopted our neice and nephew on February 6, 2008. However we were given full custody November 22, 2005 in which we did not ask for child support but help with medical expenses. I was able to cover both children under my health insuranse. The Birth Mother had lost her nursing license for medical fraud stealing Narcotics from her elderly as well as neighbors and family.

She also was arrested for calling in false prescriptions for Narcotic pain killers. The Birth Father is now in Collin County Jail awaiting tial for 4 Charges of sexual abuse of his child (nw my daughter). He has been there Aprox 3 years and all the time collecting Social Security Disability. Social Security states they cant enforce the court order and he is entitled to his Disability check.

The only way it will terminate is if he is convicted on these charges. My husband and I adopted our daughter (the victim of the above cases)and her brother. According to the Asst District Atty Collin County Court Officer, who is investigation my daughters case, Marletta Scribner 214-686-7180 called Social Security due to the fact that the birth father has over $5000 in his account and he is trying to buy acreage with the money.

Marletta asked me to call the Social Security Investigator Russell Grimes 214-767-0654. I have left him voice mails and he has not returned my calls. He told Marletta that the minor children came to live with us in November 2005 and my be entitled to Social Security disability from Birth Father up to the time the adoption was finalized. Both Birth Mother and Birth Father have paid exactly $10 on each child only because the Birth Mothers Probation Officer told them they had to pay something.

The medical/dental bills (the childrens teeth were litterally falling out. Our daughter had to have many teeth pulled and molars packed due to infection almotst to the bone, our sons teether were the same. I have pictures to show you. The bills we have that have not been reimbursed and insurance premiums due are many tiemes more that $5000. I prefer not to name children on this page but you can reach me at the number below.
