My ex-wife ran off with a co-worker. I found out, told her I wanted divorce. She came home one day, we argued and i grabbed her phone. She wanted it back so she reached for it knocking it to the floor breaking it.

Instantly I'm accused of CHILD ABUSE and Have a DV charge because her phone broke. She get's Order of protection, brings 3 family members to court and lie (under oath) that she was abused for 10 years and she's living in fear of her life. Amazingly just as rent was pasted due, lights were cut off and she had this new amazing boyfriend in her life. ALL IN THE SAME WEEK. The OP kept me from seeing my kids for over a year until I filed for divorce. NOW I owe her 11k in back support because I was forced to stay AWAY by lAW for that year.

The judge during the divorce even treated me like a dead beat father and awarded her custody because she moved into an abuse shelter with our three kids and he fell for the VICTIM running for her life bit. WOW! ABUSED for ten years but the only proof was a cell phone that she slapped out of my hand. Not a single police report, CPS report or medical report exists to support any abuse allegation.

Thanks Arizona. TAKING SIDEs without KNOWING or caring about the facts or the truth or the children.

Why did I(the accused abuser)file for the divorce? Shouldn't it be the other way around if She left for her life? She had no intention on filing divorce because she was racking up the STATE MONEY getting AHCCS, TANF, Cash assistance and Food Stamps. They only gave her $1500 total. What REAL abused, needy woman would wait 1 year for $1500 from the State and not pursue her husband who make over $55k a year for immediate support?

I kno how yu feel buht if yu wasn't beatn her then she needed to go to jail for lien to the judge and they told her to tell the truth buht nothing buht the truth buht she lied she needs to b bhind bars

Well what woman would go with her kids to stay at a shelter unless she was deperate and had nowhere else to go? You're more mad about the money than how you feel about not seeing your kids. You sound just like my ex.

I am a divorced father of two children. I faithfully pay my child support every month...never been behind. My ex-wife seems to think it is okay to sit at home on her lazy a** with no job and collect foodstamps and whatever other assistance she can get her hands on; so she does not have to work; while she uses the child support to keep her self up instead of spending it on my two kids. I received a letter in the mail from DHS stating that I have to pay directly to them from now on and they will be garnishing my wages for non-payment!! I explained that my CS was court ordered in my DV, that I have all of my receipts to prove it. They state she told them that I have not been paying her so she could get an increase in foodstamps and put them on medicaid because...oh my god she cant afford a $20 co-pay (my children are insured through my job) so why would she need medicaid????...what a low life!! I am sorry I ever got messed up with her!! This is what our taxpayers dollars are paying for in Mississippi for lazy a** people to collect a check!!!

not alone its not changing anytime soon but rest assured you one of many this entire system would rather penalize dead beat dads rather than allow us to be fathers theirs no money in making it a just system guilty before proven innocent a joke!!!

Feminism and communism

The system is modeled after Communism. It is intended to destroy relationships. It was promoted by a feminist movement. The DEAD BEAT dad line is propaganda that only a fool would believe. I am not saying there are not bad fathers and husbands. Anyone can agree to that. but the idea that only men are evil is the stupidest pathetic argument I have ever heard. Women are equally capable of harming their spouses and children and with the help of the communist state that violates the rights of the father with only an accusation they actually have more power and ability to destroy homes, and families. The family is the foundation of society and the feminist movement is helping the communist movement to destroy or Constitutional government of we the people endowed with rights given our creator. The only legitimate role of government is to protect these rights but with current family law they instead create incentative and help destroy families and violate parental rights all of this is more damaging to the children whose society is leading them into tyrannical government and a society without foundation of family, morality and religion.

Sorry to hear of your problems but that is the way the childsupport system is in Texas. If you are from Texas just do what you can to get by. And remember their right now is so much childsupport abuse in Texas against the Fathers . So find a father support system and use it . We will some day get light on the subject.
