Vindictive and Spitefull Actions

I'm a proud father of a 12yr old girl from Arkansas, and I was denied my standard visitations on numerous occasions. From changing my weekend to just telling me no you can,t have her. Summer visits for 6wks, what a joke, I got a wk at a time until I moved to Virginia, after surgery in 2003. My moving didn't help at all even though I called and wrote as much as possible, and made 3 trips a year to Arkansas. I just got custody of my daughter in April 2008, when I got DHS involved in discipline at her mothers house. What really pisses me off is getting her to sign the papers would only be done if the papers read " no visitations, no child support, but this does not mean she relinquishes her rights... What a crock I had to pay child support for 12yrs, along with medical, and back support, I bought school clothes, I did all the traveling to and from, and she is willing to just let her daughter go without visits or calls,only to avoid Child Support" The justice system is screwed up, as a father if you miss a few payments or change jobs she can do what she wants with your standard visits and can get OCSE to take you to court at anytime. But as a man we are screwed where is our help, who has our back when things aren't followed even though its court ordered. I think the whole OCSE system and the courts need a restructuring so everyone is treated equal, just because you have breast doesn't mean you should get away with vindictive, or just plain old spiteful actions!!!!!!!!!!!!!
