I undersand your commetment to your children, and your disapprovement in the Child Support System. Let me give you some advise. Get a lawyer, and fight harder, dig as deep as you can into her past, present, and current relationships, friendships, living situations, family history. Every sign aspect you can think of. File it all with the court. I have to say though,I want to defend women like myself who are in a situation similar to yours. You at least pay child support and try. My Ex husband has 7 kids (by different women) over the course of 5 years. He doesn't work and refuses to pay child support. I just got a supena to court (In CA) that they are dropping his Child support payment from $377 to $0 all because his last born child is in his custoday and he is living off of state walefares....you want to talk about unfare? yeah the system sucks!

It is not just Oregon it is the entire system.It is so screwed up for the fathers.They take and take till you have nothing left to give then they put you in jail ruin your credit and then expect you to pay arrears while they had you lockedup!
It has NEVER been about the children it is about the evil greedy mothers who want to make your life as miserable as they can because the laws allow it.
I am sorry for all fathers out there going through this and unfortunately there isnt much hope for you. Get a lawyer and best of luck to you.
