VISITATION TAKEN AWAY

by J.EDENS
(PENDLETON ,OREGON )

At the start of my divorce, my ex took off with the kids, for the first year I had no visitation and no idea of were they where. I still had to pay child support for that time, so the judge hit me with $1200 a month plus medical cash payment, so I started out $24,000 behind from the start. It has taken three years to get child support down to a payment I can make every month. Just when things are looking up for me, my ex stopped visitation so I filed the show cause and modification of visitation, as soon as I got her served the paper work she left the state with my kids and I still have to pay her every month. The court system does not care she left the state. Because I have to pay child support every month I can't afford an attorney but she can (with my money lol).

So here in Oregon it is all about the women not the best interest of the kids. Going on a year now fighting for my kids with no end in sight. Don't let the system win always fight till the end, no matter how hard it gets. The more we fight and stand together they will fix the unfair justification of the system some day.
