Each person should be reviewing their child support orders! Study on what is written in the order and object to anything you don't agree to BEFORE the order is typed. Also modifications can be done. I'm tired of hearing the sob stories of rights being stripped away, etc. etc. As long as you're in the USA, no one can keep you away from your kids. Get an attorney and fight for your damn kids! It should clearly state within the order that the Custodial Parent cannot keep the NCP away from the kids regardless of him paying or not. Otherwise, the CP would be violating the order. Duh. Yes, many parties are difficult because of them placing the kids in the middle or using them or just being plain nasty. The father should know what type of 'monster' he created the entire time the breakup was anticipated. If you left the woman bitter & scorned it's your own fault. If no one can maturely handle the situation, shame on you. Grow up!

And furthermore, leave your Mamas out of your business! You'd be surprised of them being the source of all the anguish!

You're saying it harsher than I would but your 100% right. And I say if the parent isn't going to pay, the visitations should get stripped because it is a privilege to visit with your child just like having a drivers license!

It sounds to me that the negative comments are from women THAT CAN'T READ!!!! I WANT TO SUPPORT MY CHILD!! I WANT TO PAY MORE THAN I'M COURT ORDERED YOU IGNORANT PEOPLE!! I can't do that because I am in commission only sales without ANY SALARY OR "DRAW" AGAINST COMMISSIONS!! I CRY EVERY WEEK IF I DON'T MAKE A COMMISSION FOR MY CHILD!! You woman are called "CRAZY" for a reason!! Try and be supportive!! I am not only depressed I can't "SPOIL" my child, but I am also depressed by all the MEAN TO THE CORE COMMENTS my ex-wife says to me!! If you "ignorant" women were more understanding and here is a CONCEPT, "WATCH THE NEWS"!! WE ARE IN A RECESSION YOU SELF CENTERED IDIOTS!! If you were more supportive (emotionally) it would help us, eg...I would be in a better mood and my mind would concentrate on ONE THING, MAKING THE SALE!! And not have a non-supportive ex texting me every 10 minutes bringing me down!! Wake up!! We could care less if you "like us" but we do need your support for "OUR CHILD OR CHILDREN"!!! Think smart and it will pay off, believe me!! The economy is turning around. I see a light at the end of the tunnel which is better than an IGNORANT mom cutting us down in front of our child or children!! Wake up and think about the long term effects of what you are saying to your kid(s). My child hates her mother because she is getting older and "understands" your NEGATIVE comments. My daughter tells me all the time she "can't wait for Daddy to get back on his feet and live with ME" not her MEAN mother. Believe me, I will make 6 figures again really soon and I will never talk bad about my childs mother. But I will guarantee you one thing. My childs mother will regret EVERYTHING BAD SHE HAS EVER SAID ABOUT ME AND SHE WILL BE THE ONE DEPRESSED BECAUSE OUR CHILD WILL WANT "NOTHING" TO DO WITH HER LOSER MOTHER!!

AMEN! I know there are good dads out there but a judge can smell a rat a mile away so these "the judge says I'm a dead-beat" is correct: They can sniff them out. Has anyone on this site ever stopped and thought about what in the world it COSTS to raise kids? I tell you what people, let's all put every single item it takes to raise kids (down to the toothbrush and bubble bath) on paper and let's divide it in 2. Even better, try feeding and clothing their teenage boy and putting him on your car insurance! And what about college? That?s after the age of 18 and they aren?t required to help at all with that! Maybe their ?money hungry ex-wife? is saving for college and after the age of 18 expenses (what 18 year old do THEY know that is truly able to efficiently support themselves)? 25% net ain't squat. To all nonbelievers... You pay on what you make and if your kids aren't worth a quarter of your take-home then you are a loser because you want them to have less than what you have for yourself. Fellas, we ain't going on a cruise on your stinking $500 a month for 2 kids, trust me!!!! And BTW if you don't pay your child support, who in the @#$@#$ do you think is feeding your kid during your arears! So they have to not eat or have necessities until you get caught up? Keep a freaking job as if they WERE living with you guys and you had to keep them going DUH! Trust me, you?d do what you had to (wait tables, work on cars, etc) if you lost your job and had mouths in your home to feed. This is NO DIFFERENT! They aren't a VISA bill folks, it?s not like paying for a membership you aren?t using. They are alive and you put them here too so do our part for them and stop whining that you ?are being taken to the cleaners?. Bologna! 25% of my take home would leave me with way more than I have for myself, trust me. Let them get into high school and she?ll be FORCING you guys to take your weekends! Just try being a single mom of 2 for one freaking week and you?ll see where the money goes- to THEM. Bottom line... Wrap it up if you don't want to support your children you have! Oh and another thing, DON'T HAVE MORE KIDS THAN YOU CAN FEED, and I don't care who the "baby mamma" is.

Some of us don't have money for a lawyer. Some of have tried get orders changed. We have been shot down every time or told to pay more. we come here seeking help to change an unfair system. To vent our pain and anger. Then you come here and talk shit? It's you and the people like you who just need to keep you mouth f**kin shut. If you don't have an issue with the court or problem with support.... why the hell are you here? To put people down? Leave. Find someone else to bother.
