We have to stand up for our rights

I have read many of the stories here and its sad to hear some of the things done to men. Right now I'm facing foreclosure because of the child support payments imposed on me. We can change this but its not going to happen in court. Non-custodial parents (mostly men) have to take some of the blame because we have not done anything to change the system. Most states have adopted a guideline formula that doesn't take into consideration a person daily expenses. We all know this is wrong. We have to come to conclusion that we are no longer fighting ex wives and baby mommas but they are only doing to us what the system will allow them to do. We are not dead beat parents as the court wants to portray us. I take better care of my daughter than my ex does. We have to fight because the other side is fighting hard to take our rights away. The court wants a winner and a loser. Some of the suggestions might not seem like much but we have to start somewhere. Keeping fighting your case and my God be with you. 1. Keep being good parents and see your child as much as possible.
2. Contact your state representative office and explain to them why you think child support laws are unfair.
3. File a complaint with your state's Department of Child Support services.
