we need help

crooked government officials, deputy sheriffs, and judges. we were told by a judge that we had to have a contempt, custody, and child support hearing in the same court in which the father a deputy sheriff works for. so we had the case heard and everything went in his favor. is this not a conflict of interest? same place of employment? not to mention in Georgia custody and child support cases are to go in front of a superior judge but our case was heard by a juvenile judge. this was bias and injustice. we have been wronged. there needs to be a story on this to set some of these crooked officials, small town, good ol boy systems straight. this is a world wide problem that needs to be addressed. crooked judges and court systems in these little small towns do not have the general public nor the children in mind. can a judge of the court in the same town that the deputy sheriff (defendant) works for say yes or no if it is a conflict of interest. we need help! just had the case Fri. June 18th 2010 it all went in the sheriffs favor. this corrupt little town needs to be in the spot light. had this deputy sheriff followed the court orders we never would have filed contempt on him. this needs to get some coverage. Child has lived in Tennessee for 2.5 years. When a judge is hearing contempt, custody, and child support modification and the mother ask for a raise in the amount and the judge doesn’t ask for proof of what he makes justice is not done.

We had to spend money on an attorney to file the contempt and do the hearing in the same court that the deputy works for. We are going to child protection services in both states and the sheriff with certified letters to put them on notice about the death threats and pictures of 7 year old child in hot tub alone with cans of beer next to her which the judge did not care about because he did not want the deputy of his court to get in trouble.

Judge stated he found father in contempt but was not going to hold him to it. Judge also stated that child is not to call me the step father – dad and if she does my wife is to discipline her if she does. That child may call me whatever she wants and this judge is violating this child’s 1st amendment to the bill of rights to freedom of speech. Judge also informed me that I am nothing to this child even though I am the provider for my family, have more time with child, and do more for child.
