What Can I Do???

I conceived two girls who are a year apart with my boyfriend at that time, I left him because of domestic violence. I raised my two daughters by myself now one is 21 and the other 22, both of them are married. I opened up a case back in 2000 for the youngest, but the father never showed up for his court hearing. So my case was tossed out. I need to know if I can reopen the child support case, or if I can sue the father of my children. I need help.
