What goes around, comes around!

by She knows who I am
(BX)

Moved out of my apartment and agreed on giving my ex-wife $1100 a month. I paid her rent directly to the landlord, because the lease was still under my name. And the remaining I gave it to her in cash. I was told by a number of people not to give her cash ever, to give money orders, which I started giving to her a year after I moved out. She decided to take me to child support after the divorce and claimed I did not give her any money for a year. I ended up with $15,000 in arrears. After going to court and showing prove that I paid her rent directly to the landlord, the judge gave me credit for what I paid in rent, the rest I basically had to pay because there was no prove I gave her any cash. She lied from the beginning saying that I did not give her any money for a whole year and clearly I showed prove she lied when I showed the money orders. I was not given credit for the cash I gave her even though the judge knew she lied. I ended up paying $1,600 a month for about a year to cover for the arrears. Child support intercepted my income tax returns. Long story short. I lost my job last march and now she gets $100 a week. What goes around comes around. And women get away with a lot of crap like this, it is not fair, they should not always think all men are dead beats. I gave her the money we agreed, plus I calculated an extra $12,000 in gifts for my 2 kids for that year she claimed I did not give her a dime. She is a liar and takes advantage of the poor judgment of the Family court judges. I hope she saved some money, $1,600 is a lot of free money.
