I agree 100% with you! I have wrote our legislature letters to try and get the laws changed.We are in the same boat as you my oldest stepson lived with his grandmother for 2 yrs while his mother collected the child support and lived 2hrs away from him. I beliave that if things changed the economoy would be in better shape. WE all need to work together to get the laws changed so that the custodial parents are held equally responsible, and that are children are not just credit cards as the Attorney General says they are.
