When they don't want to pay

(Modesto, CA.)

My ex sent me to court because he stated paying $98 a month is a hardship for him. He has a Masters in Business and has not worked for two to three years. He is only in the military and his wife earns well. He just had a baby with her but yet he doesn't want to be responsible for his child. I earn well but have been raising my son since he was born. His dad wasn't in the picture the first three years. I really feel he doesn't have a strong interest in my child although he comes to visit him. The minute the custody battle ends again. He will either show up on the days he's suppose to and or not show up at all.

Going back to the child support. They raised it up to $200 but we have to go back next month and he has to show proof that he has been submitting applications. The court told him that there is not reason to be unemployed. He has a masters and is not handicapped. I really think his wife has been supporting him which I can care less about because it is their life. That is what I call a dead beat dad though. The courts told him he has responsibilities. Not sure what will happen when we go back to court but I think its going to start at $200 and or be increased.

He's upset though but why at me. He initiated the whole thing and its coming on him. He is waisting my valuable time on his stupidity but you have to go along with it. Only God knows who has the good and bad intentions.
