Where is my little girl???

My name is Chris and I met this "girl" and by girl I mean imature woman, well we ended up getting pregnant and I took care of her and my baby girl like I shouId, then we got separated for alot of reasons. I started paying child support, and I got to see my little girl every other weekend which was fine with me because that is what we agreed on. Then not long after that I met this great woman we fell in love and got married and after that my life turn completely upside down, when the mother of my baby girl found out i was starting a new life and a new family with this other person she flipped out she wouldn't let me see my daughter, she wouldnt asnwer my calls, I was so desperate. Well she ended taking my daughter away to another state and its been a year since i havent seen my daughter. I've tried everything, I've looked for her and called and nothing no respond. My little girl just turned 3 years old this past august 6, and I havent seen her. She just recently received $4,005 in child support, because I was behind in my payments. The reason for that was that I lost my job and I had to relocate I had nothing but just a truck, my wife, my newborn baby boy and $50 in my pocket. It was hard times, but I came through. Now I'm back on track on my payments, but I still dont know anything of my little girl. The only type of information that I have regarding my little girl is a myspace profile of her mother, and I've tried sending msg after msg after msg and nothing, she still doesnt answer. I know she has logged in and read the msgs but she still doesnt reply. I'm completely torn apart because of my situation. Can someone please help me or give me an advise??

Chris I can not help you find your little girl. But i can help maybe keep you from heart ache and misry down the road. Take my advice very seriously because I have been their and done that. If you are behind on child support. Catch up fast . Like yesteday. Because it does not matter if you see your child or not . You will be garnished on wages and your bank account frozen and taken even if it is with someone else. They will lose thier money too.
Own nothing and if work offers 401k , either dont take it or cash it out. You will lose it. If you get behind on child support, The interest will put you in the poor house or Jail faster then you can blink. Even if you dont get to see your child at all you pay your child support religious. And keep record on line. They offer that in Texas. Just pay even if you dont ever see her. Because the fact that you dont know where she is or not .It want matter if Ex girl friend or what ever.Decides to you will be hit with back child support at once and demanded to pay up or jail. Pay only though court orderd . Please listin or you will regret it for the rest of your life. Good luck

I am sooooo sorry to hear that this is happening to you. Almost the same thing happened to me and I didn't get to see my daughter for 13 years (from the time she was 3). I continued paying child support until the courts and child support closed my case (in 2000), telling me my child had been adopted or had passed away. I found her in 2007 (she was 16) still with her mother and very much alive (Thank God). Now my daughter is 21 with her own child and my ex just sued me for back child support for the years that the courts and child support closed the case and the time she dissappeared off the face of the earth to the tune of $45,000 plus interest for 8 years, WTF? I did everything I was told to do and still got screwed by the system!!!!! But the law and courts see visition and child support as 2 diferent things, WTF??? All they have acomplished by doing that is to allow the costodial parent to use the child as a weapon or leverage against the other parent (father). Like they say "nothing like a women scorned" and the law is helping. Women and Men are held to diferent standards. Good Luck I have lost everythign my daughters childhood, growing up, losing teeth, sickness, everything important to me (I am just a stanger to her)and now I have to pay My ex for doing it to me, talk about getting it at both ends!!!
