Wrongfully accused

I met this lady one day and a couple of months she got pregnant with my first daughter. The mother is Hispanic and I have never had kids until the day my daughter was born. She called the cops on me and I was arrested for domestic violence which I never laid a hand on the woman. After I got out of jail I moved away from this vicious woman but I did make sure through paternity if my daughter was mine and by surprise she was. I had to make sure because you see this same woman's husband had left her before me for cheating and she had two children from him now one with me so as soon as I found out I was the father she went after me for child support which I know I have to be responsible for. So after I was convicted of domestic violence I picked up my daughter and the mother decided to call the police again on me when I was dropping her off and was convicted again with in 6 months from the last conviction. I think the woman wants me in jail so I can't see my daughter and if she can't get me that way she has the child support to punish me. It has been about two years since I found out she had another man and became pregnant with him, sounds like she got something going on. I do pay my share of support and my daughter is now 12. I missed a year of seeing her on the every other weekend that was given to me through the courts and to my surprise I contacted the mother to see her but she denied me the right, the next thing I knew I was being summoned to go to court on molestation charge. Wow try to be a good dad and be accused of this. Luckily I wasn't convicted in the courts eyes but they took my visitation away. Now I choose to have no contact and I got the message and the courts are smart enough to take my money for support but can't see that this lady is trying to collect child support without letting me see my daughter, go figure. I have a battle with child support, they act like there in your best interest but are only out to see what they can get from me. Something has to be done with the system, if you ask me I think a fund should be set up for fathers who have to pay were she needs a receipt to take any money from the support given her prove what she spending the money on quit trying to get pregnant and collecting child support the laws for abusing men are wrong good luck to you all out there be careful they don't care about you. |
